My Story
"You Know What Would Make This Better?"
That question has followed me for as long as I can remember.
I used to want a website where people could submit everyday frustrations and I would help come up with solutions to make them better. I didn’t know it then, but I was already thinking like a product manager: curious about problems, bold enough to propose solutions, and eager to learn through iteration.
My path has been anything but linear: from fine arts to healthcare, and over a decade as an occupational therapist. Working in healthcare, I learned to listen deeply, adapt quickly, and design solutions under pressure. What stood out wasn’t teams resisting change, it was the systems around them creating unnecessary barriers.
So I stepped in. I streamlined workflows, simplified tools, and found ways to help teams get more from the resources they had. No PM title, just PM instincts, a growth mindset, and the drive to make things work better.
Now, product management is where my creative roots, clinical experience, and systems thinking converge. It’s a place where I can design with empathy, move fast in ambiguity, and build intentionally for long-term impact.
This isn’t a career shift, it’s a continuation of the same mission I’ve always had: to make things work better for the people who rely on them most.

Tempo Tail Design
My Etsy Shop
As an independent project I launched an Etsy shop to blend creativity with product thinking, offering custom digital pet portraits that capture the unique charm of every animal.

Behind the scenes, I:
✅ Use customer feedback to refine designs
✅ Optimize fulfillment for faster delivery
✅ Test marketing strategies to boost visibility

I also created an Instagram to share process videos, connect with pet lovers, and expand the shop’s reach. Every portrait is crafted with care, strategy, and heart.
