I began my career in healthcare, where I spent over 15 years solving real-world problems for patients and clinicians. I quickly realized that the biggest barriers weren’t people, but broken systems. That insight led me to product management, where I now combine creativity, user empathy, and systems thinking to build solutions that truly work for the people who rely on them most
